EXCHANGE AND RETURNS has a clear Return & Exchange policy which seeks to assist buyers to ensure their purchase is protected against fraud. If a buyer has purchased an item by way of any of the Celebshop payment methods and never received it (in case of advance payment only) or received a damaged or wrong item, the buyer may return the item and get reimbursement from of the value of the item only. According to this policy a buyer needs to file a complaint with within 24 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item.

Note: Perfumes of all kinds are not returnable & refundable based on mind change of the buyer once delivered & open as these are imported as well as unchangeable once opened & used. Any related complaint will be reviewed & if the product is genuine & delivered intact will not be returned & refund. It is Celebshop's discretion & decision will be final.
